Are the load ratings crash-test ratings?
No. They are supplier-provided platform load ratings. Deck is not a crash-tested restraint and should be used with an appropriate dog restraint separately.
Is it waterproof?
The supplier specifications for both models include PU and TPU waterproof layers intended to protect against ordinary spills, wet paws and travel mess.
Does it fit every vehicle?
No. Supplier imagery shows compatibility across many sedans, family cars, SUVs and trucks, but interior dimensions vary. Measure before ordering.
What does “+45% more space” mean?
It is the supplier’s claim for the Signature design based on extending usable surface over the rear footwell. It does not guarantee exactly 45% more space in every vehicle.
