Refund policy

We want every born native order to arrive as described and in the right condition. If something is not right, use the form on our Contact page (tailroad.co/pages/contact).

 

Return window. You can return any item within 14 days of the delivery date, provided it is unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in its original packaging.

 

How to start a return. Use the form on our Contact page with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions. Please don't send an item back before you receive return authorization and instructions from born native.

 

Who pays return shipping. If the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover return shipping and you get a full refund. If you're returning for size or preference, return shipping is paid by you.

 

Damaged, defective or incorrect items. Please inspect your order after delivery. If something arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, contact us through the Contact page promptly with your order number, a short description and clear photos of the item and the shipping packaging.

 

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. PayPal, your bank or card provider may need additional time before the credit appears.

 

Not eligible for return. Items worn, washed or without tags; items returned after 14 days from delivery.

 

Exchanges. Not yet available at launch. Return the item for a refund and reorder the size or color you want.

 

Cancellations and address changes. Contact us as soon as possible. We can only change or cancel an order before it is sent to production. For a PayPal-paid order, if the delivery address you need differs from the address recorded with the payment, we may cancel and refund the order and ask you to place a new one.

 

Payment-provider disputes. Using PayPal or another payment provider does not change this policy. Protection and dispute eligibility are decided by the provider under its own rules. born native may share relevant order, communication, shipping and delivery records with a payment provider when needed to respond to a dispute.

 

Statutory rights. This policy does not exclude, restrict or replace any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies under the laws that apply to your purchase.
