Made to order

Every piece is made to order in a small batch. That means it ships in about 4–6 weeks from your order. We email you when it is on its way, with tracking.

Shipping

• Free shipping to the United States and the European Union, no minimum order.
• Delivery time is shown at checkout for your country.
• US orders: import duties are included in the price. If a carrier ever bills you for duties anyway, send us the receipt and we refund it in full.
• EU orders: local VAT or import charges may apply and are not included in the price.

Returns

• You can return pieces within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
• Start a return through our Contact page with your order number.
• Full terms, including who pays return shipping, are in the Refund Policy.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges yet. Return the piece for a refund and order the size you need.
